With most IM programs, users can start real-time conversations with one or more contacts at the same time and also offer file sharing feature.It is an effective and efficient tool for doing team work while everyone can respond instantly.Also, internal communication can be enhanced, if you have any question you can just ask through instant messaging. You don't have to wasting time calling or leave a voice mail while someone missed your call, you can directly send your question to your colleague via instant messaging.

It also can maintain a list of clients, especially benefit to the insurance agency.
